To all whom it may concern:

Know Ye, That the NATIONAL CHRISTIAN SCIENTIST ASSOCIATION doth hereby grant this Charter to a number of Brothers and Sisters, Students of Christian Science, residing in –– Worcester –– County, State of Massachusetts to establish an Association to be known as

STUDENTS CHRISTIAN SCIENTIST ASSOCIATION

of Worcester No. – 8 – and said Association being duly constituted is hereby empowered,

(1st) To receive such applicants as shall meet the requirements of the Constitution and By-Laws.

(2nd) To administer to true Brothers and Sisters all the privileges and benefits of our Fraternity.

(3rd) To enact By-Laws for its own government, provided always, that said By-Laws be in conformity to the Constitution and By-Laws of the National Christian Scientist Association, and said Students Christian Scientist Association having solemnly promised to act according to our Laws and in obedience to the recommendations of this National Christian Scientist Association, in default thereof this Charter may be suspended or taken away at the pleasure of the National Christian Scientist Association.

In Witness Thereof, We have hereunto subscribed our names and affixed the Seal of the NATIONAL CHRISTIAN SCIENTIST ASSOCIATION, this _____ day of July 31 1886
