Mr Farrar is back two months on his rent but says he will pay up to the 1st of June this week if I will allow him for papering et ceteraAs Written:&c about $10.00Editorial Note: $10.00 in 1885 is the equivalent of $265.16 in 2019. He will leave the house at the Expiration of his lease June 1st

Think you had better have his rent Settled before he leaves if possible. He says you promised to have back hall papered et ceteraAs Written:&c. Send me instructions by return mail
