Editorial Note: Keith encloses a check for $41.67 ($1,051.32 in 2016) for rent he has collected from
Edwin R. Robbins, Mary Baker Eddy's tenant at 8 Broad Street, Lynn, Massachusetts. He has deducted $1.50 ($37.84 in 2016) from that amount as
his commission for collecting the rent, and also asks if he shall not deduct a small
bill of $20.00 ($504.59 in 2016) that is owed to him out of the rent that is due this
month.
