I have a letter informing me that you told a patient their case was not treated As Written: treatted right, they of the Mass. Met. College were causing her sufferings and you took it up so.

I have only to say if that can be proven or if you ever repeat the offense As Written: offence I will prosecute you for the basest slander

You need not reply, I have no time to spend on such as you have proven yourself to be. You will find the whole Association to meet on this Question and it numbers about 200 members.

You must prove what you say and account for your mental malpractice if [?] Unclear or illegible  dare to take [?] Unclear or illegible  stand
