Dear Student

My class begins tomorrowAs Written:tommorrow at 10. A.M. Your wife's Mother called this morning and I could not tell her then when I should open it.

I write to you to say in confidence what I think you aught to know namely, that I do not think she is in a right frame of mind to study.

I should prefer not to take her until she appreciates this cause more in its ChristianAs Written:christian demands to leave all for Christ

When I talked with her in the winter she claimed to feel this but you informed Me of what renders it otherwise, and I think she had better wait for more faith before going any farther.

Yours in the bonds of Christian love
