You seem not to have sold my house yet and if I have an offer of $6000Editorial Note: $6,000 in 1884 is the equivalent of $166,133.75 in 2017. for it shall improve my opportunity to sell it

It is already understood that I shall pay you no percent on the sale unless you effect that sale for me.
