Dear Student,

The change in the cards in the Jour. should have extended to Mr. Dorman’s, as well; it was a blunder that shall be corrected in the next issue

I named to you the change, and you said “you had no objection to it” So I ordered it to be made in all the notices as Miss. Clark of DetroitEditorial Note: Detroit, Michigan had started hers.

Yours truly
MBG Eddy
Handshift:unknownDear Teacher
Your note just received I am surprised to learn that my card in the C S. Jounal is changed, You misunderstood me, I remember our conversation and your asking me if I would be willing to have it changed, as you stated your reasons so doing. I remarked, yes I understand you, during our conversation I forgot to allude to it, again As Written: agan if I had I should not have given my consent to have it changed after returning to my office I thought of your question, but did not for a moment suppose it be changed, I trust you will have it corrected in the next number, as I am decidedly opposed to having it changed, I regret this misunderstanding, Now Mrs Eddy I trust you will understand I am striving to do the best I can with Christian Science, and I feel capable of wording my business cards, Yours Truly.
