Owing to my duties todayAs Written:to day I shall not be able to meet with you tonight

Will you please elect one on the Comittee for ChartersEditorial Note: An Executive Committee (referred to as "Committee for Charters") of the National Christian Scientist Association, originally consisting of Mary Baker Eddy, Edward F. Woodbury, Bradford Sherman, Henry P. Bailey, and Ellen Brown Linscott, was created to attend to all business pertaining to the forming and granting of charters to Branch Associations. Charters were granted to local associations represented by applicants who were a member of, and in good standing with, the Massachusetts Metaphysical College. Examples of these include Lyman F. Brackett applying for a charter for the Students' Christian Scientist Association No. 15, Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Sue Ella Bradshaw applying for a charter for the Students' Christian Scientist Association No. 36, San Francisco, California. in my stead, as I shall have to decline the honor of serving on a Committee
