My dear Students

Was pleased to get your letter — was startled As Written: starttled to get your present it was so beautiful, so unexpected My words are thanks – my heart says gratitude for your faithful memory of your teacher so many of my students take so much more of my time, and yet are trying to injure their teacher — that this kindness I shall remember I was sorry I could not enter my notice of it with the list made out and sent to press, but the Journal was made up and only by special favor did the Printer get in my notice at all- of your Christmas Gift.

I have not accomplished my intent yet. Had the picture taken but it was not good and that was why I did not send it. I hope to hear from you often Have you mastered the belief that was fermenting in the class?

Very truly yours
M B G Eddy

I open this letter to thank you for your help in this causeEditorial Note: The cause of Christian Science and to say we are very unfortunate in getting our pulpit or Editor's chair supplied. Now if you could get an honest man to come to my College and let me fit him for the ministry of Christian ScienceAs Written:Scien; or anyoneAs Written:any one used to editingAs Written:Edditing a magazine I would make the terms of payment possible to anyoneAs Written:any one under right circumstances. I seem fated to have those who take these places work for some hobby of their own and in this way it makes it such a case for me and so hazardous for our cause As ever

Yours Sincerely As Written: Sincerly

M B G Eddy
