By a mistake your letter regarding Miss Long's admission to the C S Aussociation –– was filed before I read it. Today I wrote our Sec.Expanded:Secretary Mr. Linfield to have Miss Long and the remaining candidates admitted at our next meeting ourf the Society This will erlect Miss L: constitutionally whether I am or am not present.

I regret that dear Miss Long should have had this hesitation [?] Unclear or illegible  in procedure owing to the lack of things being done right by the friend our good Sec.Expanded:Secretary not sending me the name first. Many thanks to you for bringing us so good a candidate I esteemed her very highly in the class
