I came to this VillageEditorial Note: Madison, Maine last evening by request. I had three patients here and through them I came as several had expressed a desire to be treated. one lady that I am treating asked me the question last evening if those healed by Christian ScienceAs Written:C. She is being healed and her heart is all aglow in behalf of those who are suffering. her remark to me was this I expect I shall shock people especially As Written: especally those of ny her society (Methodists) for I do not believe in eternal punishment. I said not in the light that you had understood eternal punishment. I said as long as sin remains punishment remains. punishment As Written: punishmet never ceases while there is sin when sin is overcome with good there will be nothing to punish. punishment is eternal in its right sense.
