Ordinarily orders on Boston for books are filled in 8 or 10 days. Not hearing from the above order in 14 days I addressed a postal cardEditorial Note: This postcard is not extant. to the Mass Metaphysical College on the subject, supposing you did not attend personally to the sale of books, but up to this date have received neither books nor any acknowledgement of the receipt of the order or the postal card. I presume the money and order reached the proper destination as they have not been returned to me, as would have been the case if not delivered within ten days, that being plainly requested on the outside of the envelope. If the money has been received, will you kindly see that the books are now promptly forwarded to me. Regretting As Written: Regreting the necessity of troubling you about this matter.
