I still remain at 16 Fayette St, but expect to leave for BrattleboroEditorial Note: Brattleboro, Vermont Tuesday. Mrs Nazro has just come in with a note from Dr Fray, stating that the treatment of Mrs L,s case, is not Satisfactory, in answer will Say, you requested me not to treat Mrs L, until As Written: untill I heard from you for you would attend to that, but Mrs Nazro was to take up Mr Allen, and She has done so, faithfully, three times a day, as you directed, I have been treating Mr Leavitt that he should not leave her with Mr Allen, and I do not think he will

Mr Leavitt is still with Mrs Leavitt, I wrote a letter Fri night to Mrs L, requesting her to come home with her husband or go at one to her Father, and on no account remain there with Mr A after Mr L. left, received a telegram this A.M. from Mr L requesting particulars, to know what had happened I wrote directly Saying I could not explain but would tell her Mrs L all at Father’sAs Written: Fathers , where I hoped to see her in a few days, I also receivedAs Written:rec a letter from Mrs L, this AM Stating that Mr L was very anxious she should remain there for a while as he thought she would do good work there

She was having a great many calls, and thought people were all ready for the Truth, they never mentioned Mr Allen. She also wrote that she would not stay away from home very long. Have you heard anything As Written: any thing from them

Mrs Leavitt telegraphed for the three set of Books she left at home ‘Science & HealthEditorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy and I sent them by express today As Written: to day

my address is

Brattleboro Vermont

Box. 575.

Shall be happy to hear from you at any time and think God will lead Mrs Leavitt out of the net, safely,

I know Mrs Leavitt is as true as the needle to the pole

She is only thinking of the work. She thinks of Mr Allen as one whose life She has saved and I know his wife Mother & Sister said to her many times, that Edward Should not go west, unless Mrs L would go, for they felt safe if he was with her, but I think She will see that as evil minded ones have put a wrong construction on what She has done, that she must avoid even the appearance of evilI Thess 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil. , and I think what I have written will have great weight with her,
