ea At the earnest solicitation of my daughter, I take the liberty of addressing a few lines to you, hoping to meet with a ready response. She is now nineteen, and from infancy has been a child of misfortune regarding her walking and talking.— Through the urgent request of a friend I placed her under Doctor Dorman's treatment, he said, "he could cure her," but he has not, although has helped her considerably to walk stronger and better. Her whole life has always been blended with heaven and Christ and she is endowed with gifts of mind and intellect far beyond her years. A week ago Sunday I retired quite early and passed a terrible night and told her in the morning about it and remarked to her that she need not try to make me believe it was "only a belief," the following night which was a week ago tonight reluctantly went to bed early, expecting to pass another night of pain, soon went to sleep and did not wake until morning, laid there some time not knowing what to make of it and was quite alarmed when I found I had not got the backacheAs Written:back ache, awoke Flossie (my daughter) and imparted the news to her and she says "I cured you it was only a belief!" It has not pained me since and it is a week tonight. She has effected three other cures in a similar way, or else it has happened so.
