Editorial Note: Livermore tells Mary Baker Eddy that he verbally told the man who is interested in
buying the Eddy family farm that it is his understanding that Mary Baker Eddy is asking $1,800 ($47,011.62 in
2016) for it. But when he wrote to the man, he did not mention a price. He has given
the potential buyer Eddy's address so he can be in direct contact with her.
