If Arens has published another book which is substantially an infringement upon your copyrighted works – I mean those copyrighted works which were the subject matter of the former suit against Arens – then the proper course to pursue is to have a petition drawn reciting the facts of the other suit and that Arens was duly enjoined - that he has now violated the injunction, praying that he may be attached for contempt in violating the order & judgement of the Court brought before the Court and dealt with according to law.

It is necessary however that the proof of his violation be plain clear and free from doubt – This proceeding will have to be undertaken by an attorney the same as any case –
