Dear Mrs Eddy,

Your telegramEditorial Note: This telegram is not extant. came quite unseasonably for me to respond on my return from BostonEditorial Note: Boston, Massachusetts yesterday, and I cannot conveniently leave again today to meet yourself and class as it would have been pleasant for me to have done.

I have hoped to see you in Concord sometime for further conversation. And Mrs. Emerson once expressed her wish to meet you.

Now that spring approaches perhaps you will avail yourself of some fine day to look in upon us, with your husband, to whom, with yourself my respectful compliments
