Mary Baker Eddy rented a room fronting Broad Street for approximately two months, in October and November 1872. This residence was located two doors from the crossroads where Chestnut Street becomes Atlantic Street. It is possible that this may have been the location where Lewis Kimball recalled meeting Eddy in September 1873.
