Rachel "Ray" M. Zimmerman (b. Foster) (1866-1956) was born and died in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She married Christopher M. Zimmerman, a railroad freight clerk and brakeman, in 1895. She was a patient of Kate S. Peirce, a student of Mary Baker Eddy's. In 1886 Peirce wrote a letter to Eddy recommending Zimmerman (then Foster) as a student in one of Eddy's courses, but the records do not indicate that she ever was.
