Herbert O. Warner (1861-1946) was born and died in Hartford, Connecticut. He first married Mary R. Warner (b. Chambers), who died in 1922. Then, in 1931, he married Amy Warner (b. Fowler). Warner worked for the Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company and was an amateur photographer. He was a member of Trinity Church, the Appalachian Mountain Club, the Rushlight Club, the Early American Industries Association, and the Sandwich Historical Society of New Hampshire. In 1886, he wrote to Mary Baker Eddy to order a copy of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
