James R. Wallis (?-?) was born and died in unknown locations. In the 1880s and 1890s he was in Minnesota, where he worked as a clerk, a traveling agent, and then a fruit merchant. He wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1886 to order three copies of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
