Mary Flora Veazey (1858-1908) was born and died in Saint Stephen, New
Brunswick, Canada. She was the younger sister of Christian Scientists Lucretia A.
"Annie" Veazey and John H. Veazey, who was a student of Mary Baker Eddy. Veazey studied
Christian Science with Julia S. Bartlett. In 1886, Veazey wrote to Mary Baker Eddy to
order a copy of
Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
She joined The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, in January
1894. Veazey worked as a Christian Science practitioner in Saint Stephen.
