Susan A. Thomas (b. Heacox) (c.1832-1902) was born in Ohio and died in
Dowagiac, Michigan. In 1852, she married Noble Thomas, a farmer. In 1886, Thomas wrote
to Mary Baker Eddy to order her books. Thomas described herself as a "metaphysician,"
indicating she was teaching and wanted to become more proficient at healing. Thomas was
still associated with Christian Science in 1902, as it was mentioned in her
obituary.
