Mary L. G. Stevens (b. Spike) (c. 1856-?) was born in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada, and died in an unknown location. In 1878 she married John A. Stevens, a bookkeeper and dry goods salesman, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He died in 1886, and in 1894 she married William H. MacRobert, a promoter of corporations, in Halifax. She continued living in Halifax until at least 1931. In 1886 her first husband wrote a letter to Mary Baker Eddy saying that he was being treated by Josephine Tyter, one of Eddy's students, and indicating that he and his wife would like to study Christian Science.
