Augusta Spaulding (1849-1886) was born in Skowhegan, Maine, and died in Greeley, Colorado. She married Reuben A. Spaulding on October 26, 1873. Shortly after she was widowed in 1879, she moved to Greeley with her son, William. In March 1886 Augusta wrote to Mary Baker Eddy to purchase a copy of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
