Carrie Harvey Snider
Carrie Harvey Snider ( - d. 1922), a resident of the Harlem section of
New York City, studied with Mary Baker Eddy three times in the Massachusetts
Metaphysical College--in 1886, 1887, and 1889. She became of member of The First Church
of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, on October 5, 1892, and was instrumental
in starting Third Church of Christ, Scientist, New York, during the early 1890s. Snider
was married to Fremont D. Snider.
