George R. Sneaden (1820-1907) was born in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia, Canada, and died in Newton, Massachusetts. He moved to Massachusetts in 1849 and became a US citizen in 1860. He was a Boston-based realtor who helped appraise Mary Baker Eddy's house at 8 Broad Street, Lynn, for sale or rent.
