Anna D. Simpson (1858-1892) was born in Brunswick, Maine, and died in Saco, Maine. She studied Christian Science with Ellen Latham Clark, a student of Mary Baker Eddy's. Simpson joined the Christian Scientist Association as a special student on April 1, 1885. She also maintained a healing practice for several years at 59 Chambers Street, Boston, Massachusetts.
