Amelia M. Seaman (1840-1936) was born in Waterbury, Vermont, and died in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She married Richard W. Seaman, a school teacher. In 1886, Seaman wrote to Mary Baker Eddy to order literature and said she was reading Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures and The Christian Science Journal.
