Charlotte K. Potter (1829-1892) was born in Hamilton, Massachusetts, and
died in Haverhill, Massachusetts. She was a student of Mary Baker Eddy's, studying with
her in February 1877. She was a member of the Christian Scientist Association and Church
of Christ (Scientist) until she withdrew in March 1883. She first ran a healing practice
in Chelsea, Massachusetts, and then later in Haverhill, Massachusetts, a practice she
ran until her death.
