Lucy D. Pearson (b. Gray) (1826-1904) was born and died in Lynn, Massachusetts. She married Samuel Pearson, and from the mid-1880s to the late 1890s she lived in Boston, Massachusetts, advertising in the Boston City Directory as a manicurist, pedicurist, and metaphysician. She moved back to Lynn prior to 1900. In July 1886 Pearson wrote to Mary Baker Eddy to order a copy of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures. Based on the records available, we have found no further information concerning her involvement with Christian Science.
