Mary F. Nash (1852-1908) and her husband, William N. Nash (1846-1918),
lived with Mary Baker Eddy in her home at 8 Broad Street in Lynn, Massachusetts. The
Nashes lived at 8 Broad Street for about two years, beginning in the late spring of
1875. Mary Baker Eddy and, later, her husband, Asa G. Eddy, were close to the Nashes.
When the couple's first child, Flora Glover Nash (1875-1946), was born at 8 Broad Street
on October 1, 1875, she was named after Mary Baker Eddy, whose last name was Glover at
the time of the birth.
