Marrietta K. Morgan (b. Randall) (1839-1902) was born in Vermont and died
in Winnebago County, Wisconsin. In 1884, she married Stephen B. Morgan Jr. He was a
clerk and a cashier, later becoming president of a bank. In 1886, Morgan wrote to Mary
Baker Eddy that she had been receiving healing treatment from Eliza Alvord Townsend. She
later wrote to Calvin A. Frye in 1888, asking Eddy for information about Christian
Science treatment through prayer.
