Lavinia C. Moore (1832-1912) was born in Vermont and died in Kansas City, Missouri. She was married to Alfred L. Moore, a grocer. Moore wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1886 to order a copy of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures. Based on the records available, we have found no further information concerning her involvement with Christian Science.
