John T. Moore (1869-?) was born in Spring Hill, Kansas, and died in an unknown location. He was the youngest son of Moses F. and Caroline C. C. Moore. In early 1885, his mother wrote to Mary Baker Eddy, asking her to heal him of a "disease of the nerves."
