Anna "Annie" L. Masters (b. Logan) (1850-1899) was born in Jessamine County, Kentucky, and died in Lexington, Kentucky. In 1875, she married John G. Masters. He ran a dry goods business and then worked in insurance. Masters wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1886 that she had been cured by Christian Science and wanted to learn more. She actively sold copies of Mary Baker Eddy's book, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, and was still in correspondence with Eddy in 1888.
