Amanda P. Leffingwell (1836-1919) was born in Gainsville, New York, and died in Columbus, Wisconsin. She was introduced to Christian Science after she received Christian Science treatment through prayer from Mary D. Fuller, a student of Mary Baker Eddy's. There is no record of her studying with, or being treated by, Mary Baker Eddy.
