Phebe A. Leeds (1824-1903) was born and died in New Garden, Pennsylvania. She married Gideon Howard Leeds in 1865 and was a practicing Quaker. Emily F. Seal wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1885 about Leeds potentially studying with Eddy, but there is no record of her doing so.
