Mary A. Lander (b. Breen) (1846-1905) was born in Salem, Massachusetts, and died in Leominster, Massachusetts. In 1877, she married Rufus K. Lander, a lead factory worker and then a farmer. Lander wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1886 to order a copy of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
