Abbie Keene (1838-1930) was born in Ohio and died in Los Angeles. She was a school teacher in Ohio, then retired to California, spending the last thirty years of her life in the Holenbeck Home for the Aged. In 1886, Keene wrote to Mary Baker Eddy to ask for a catalog of Christian Science literature.
