Milton C. Jeffers (c.1825-1896) was born in Enfield, New Hampshire, and died in New York, New York. He was an inventor and patented many inventions, most notably the Jeffers Adding Machine. Although he expressed an interest in Christian Science, there is no record of him studying with Mary Baker Eddy or uniting with the Church of Christ (Scientist).
