Sarah A. Hunt was born in Bradford, Vermont, and died in Lowell, Massachusetts. She worked as a nurse in Lowell, Massachusetts, and Concord, New Hampshire. Then in the late 1870s, she began working in the Boott Cotton Mills in Lowell, Massachusetts. There is no record of her studying with Mary Baker Eddy or uniting with the Church of Christ (Scientist).
