Mary C. Hill (c.1846-c.1920) was born in New York and most likely died in
Illinois. She studied Christian Science first with Fannie Silsbee and then with Dr.
Silas J. Sawyer. Both Silsbee and Sawyer were students of Mary Baker Eddy's. She
practiced Christian Science in Fort Howard, Wisconsin, but there is no record of her
studying with Mary Baker Eddy or uniting with the Church of Christ (Scientist).
