Nora S. Hay (b. Peaslee) (1872-1940) was born in Emmet County, Iowa and
died in Los Angeles, California. In 1889 in Colorado, she married John F. Hay. He was a
farmer. By 1920, the couple were living in California. After her husband's death in
1927, Hay worked as a nurse. She had shown interest in Christian Science in 1886, when
Mary J. Gray ordered literature on her behalf.
