Alfred Goulding (c.1836-1891) was born in Millbury, Massachusetts, and died in Worcester, Massachusetts. He was a machinist in an iron works, but from 1886 to 1888 he operated a metaphysical healing practice in Worcester. There is no record of him studying with Mary Baker Eddy or uniting with the Church of Christ (Scientist).
