I. G. (Isabella Graham) Gould (later Isabella G. Wilson) (1829-1914) was
born in Rochester, Vermont, and died in Ottawa, Kansas. She became interested in
Christian Science after receiving treatment through prayer from Bradford Sherman, a
student of Mary Baker Eddy's. Records suggest she went on to study Christian Science
with Sherman and with E. S. Coursen, also a student of Eddy's. There is no record of
Gould studying with Mary Baker Eddy or uniting with the Church of Christ
(Scientist).
