Carrie L. Forsyth (b. Allen) (1861-1929) was born in Clinton, New York, and died in Cambria, New York. She was a schoolteacher. She married Arthur E. Forsyth, a farmer and grocer, in 1880. They moved to Buffalo, New York, by 1900, to Evans, New York, by 1910, and finally settled in Cambria by 1915. In 1886 Forsyth's acquaintance Mary E. Southworth wrote to Mary Baker Eddy to order a copy of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures on her behalf.
