P00671Ernest L. Fisk (1876-1897) was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and died in
Topeka, Kansas. He was the son of Winslow C. Fisk and Frances B. Fisk, both students of
Mary Baker Eddy's. He moved with his family to Topeka in 1887, where his parents worked
to establish Christian Science and where he remained for the rest of his life, although
he traveled back to Boston several times and was personally acquainted with Eddy,
meeting with her in her home on at least three different occasions. Fisk consulted with
Eddy about studying Christian Science with her, but we have no record of his doing
so.
