Sarah "Sadie" E. Faunce (1860-1944) was born in Somerville, Massachusetts, and died in Providence, Rhode Island. She married William Herbert Perry Faunce, a Baptist minister and president of Brown University, in Lynn, Massachusetts, in 1884. Although they both expressed an interest in studying with Mary Baker Eddy, there is no record of either of them doing so.
