Lucia L. Fairbanks (b. Waite) (1851-1902) was born and died in Georgia, Vermont. In 1872, she married Ira H. S. Fairbanks, a farmer. Fairbanks wrote to Mary Baker Eddy in 1886 to order multiple copies of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures. It was noted upon her death that she had been a member of the Baptist church for more than 30 years.
